I love this picture of Andrew and Anna, one of the few times she let us put her down on the beach.
Peter's skateboard was a really fun toy for the girls to play on - didn't get a picture of them both on there together, unfortunately. The Shenk kids, minus Matt and Peter (good thing, they wouldn't have fit!)
Kara and Anna on the lifeguard stand (lifeguards in training)...they were happy at first, then Kara realized how high she was, and was grabbing at me to get her down. :)

Golly, these beach pictures are beautiful. Even if Kara and Anna don't like the sand, it still looks like they had a happy time with family and their birdie friends. The ocean is so pretty. I can hear the waves.
