Our friend Elly's post most recent post has me feeling nostalgic for the tiny baby days, so I thought I'd share these early shots again. It's hard to believe they used to be too small for their preemie outfits (2nd picture)...maybe I'll stop trying to teach them to walk and hope for them to stay little bees. I think that would require them to be in huge rooms with no objects and no parents, since they pull up to stand on anything taller than 5 inches, and now sometimes just the wall. Or me to just hold them, but they're getting too heavy for that, and my mom muscles and hips can only take me so far. I guess it's hopeless, and they're going to grow up, huh? You can always get a new tiny baby, though, I always say! :)
PS-Right after I published this post last night the girls both woke up screaming uncontrollably, then didn't go back to sleep till 1:15. Their little reminder that maybe them growing past tiny baby stage isn't such a bad thing?
