Randoms

I think I'm going to have to become technologically savvy and make collages of some of our Christmas pictures on Picasa. I generally don't prefer that layout, since it makes the pictures too small to see unless you click them, but the girls had 2 fun and photo-worthy Christmases to deal with and I've been trying to cut down pictures with success, but not enough to post them all and be done before March. Here are some randoms amongst the Christmas pictures that I love.

Oh, Kara. Your dad found you and Anna like this one day. Anna did not want you to rest under that table. You did not want to get up. And you look super-cute in my boots. A far cry from the way you modeled them a year ago. She didn't put these on herself, but they both have since, and I am impressed by their balance to be able to do that.

Yogurt = hair product, right? After Kara spiked her hair, Anna wanted to...these were her best "ta da" results. Sorry you have such short hair, sweetie.

Yesterday. New babies. Couch. Roll of toilet paper I left there for lack of kleenex in sniffles emergency. Quiet and so happy babies that don't come looking for me, or come when I call. If only I could just enjoy that instead of worrying that means they're dead or creating enormous disasters. This time they were just ripping toilet paper and wiping everyone's nose. Kara, by the way, is way too into sharing these babies with Anna. Today when she had one and Anna didn't she said "baby" over and over and got to the point of tears. She finally pointed at Anna's empty hands so I could figure it out. She is also very possessive of everything else...if Anna has something that she wants she will cry incessantly, try to trade relentlessly no matter how many times Anna rejects them, and eventually just take it from Anna. Anna has been really nice about finding things Kara might want instead and bringing them to her in these situations, though it usually just brings a tear to my eye and doesn't quell Kara's determination/stop her tears.
