Cereal Time - Getting Ready

Date: January 13th. We had been waiting 6 months for this momentous occasion, and I have to say, I was kind of sad. We've been excited about every new milestone that shows they're growing up and usually laugh when people lament about the time going by so fast, since we're ready for them to be big and do things - probably mostly because it will be easier for us. Starting solids means they need me less, though, which is why it makes me sad. Andrew and my mom tried to tell me that they still need me to feed them the cereal or whatever - we've tried a bunch of different fruits and veggies now, but they don't need me in particular, just someone. So, I haven't been too sad that we've skipped cereal the past few days since them being sick has made eating really frustrating for everyone involved. Haha.
