We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. In addition to subbing as our annual anniversary trip, this was basically Andrew's college reunion that we missed last year, minus anyone he didn't want to see. He had a really good time catching up with everyone. I was mostly content to watch the babies and to stay at the hotel with them when need be to allow him to do that. It was really funny watching everyone act just the same as they did 9 years ago when we were all freshmen...at one point I turned to Andrew and told him, embarrassed, "you're acting like an idiot." A couple seconds later I recanted and said, "you're having a lot of fun acting like an idiot, aren't you?" He was, and it was fun to watch him.
Rob insisted on carrying this diaper bag long after I could have taken it back. Looks good on you, sir. And you didn't crash Kara, either. Thanks!
Phillips, Hsu, and Wiley (who gave the funniest toast I've ever heard - I was crying I was laughing so hard). We didn't get many pictures since Andrew was the photographer and I'm really not big on interrupting things for pictures. We also enjoyed the company of Allan and Arnoldo (whose beautiful daughter Sophia is just a couple days older than the girls), and of course Luke and Shata. Hope it will be less than 6 years before we see you all again! LBI mini reunion in August for starters?

The Spokane laughing running-in-the-hotel-room video is my favorite. I could really hear them say "Doot!" It's great that they get silly and loud and laughy when they're tired. better than grumpy!
